I was with the same agency for 15 years. I never met anyone there and, except for the initial conversation, no one ever picked up the phone and called me even as my insurance went up year after year. Although I only saved about 20% on my coverage from my previous policy, I had better coverage and more peace of mind knowing that I have an agent who cares.
